From a young age, Landon Mundell took an interest in finances. What started as simple as washing cars to make a few dollars or searching coupon books for the best deals evolved into a broader passion for utilizing strategies to make the most efficient use of resources.
As job losses affected Landon’s family in his childhood, he witnessed the burden that financial stress places upon individuals and families. This was a driving force behind pursuing a career in personal finance, as he saw his skillset and passions could be used to positively impact the lives of others. Landon knew he found a home at Stonegate Financial upon meeting the team, as it was clear that client service comes first.
Landon finds his greatest joy in work by walking alongside clients to help them build confidence, achieve their goals, and attain the peace of mind provided by a sound financial plan. He is driven by seeing clients capitalize on their hard work and realize “I can do this”.
Landon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University. Before relocating to North Carolina, he spent the first few years of his career at a financial planning firm in Indianapolis. In his time there, he was responsible for creating financial plans, preparing for client meetings, and assisting with the implementation of planning strategies.
Landon and his wife, Karlee, can often be found exploring different parks, trying new restaurants, or attending sporting events. Landon also enjoys golfing in his free time, and is still working to convince Karlee to take the game up.
