From a young age, Landon Mundell took an interest in finances. What started as simple as washing cars to make a few dollars or searching coupon books for the best deals evolved into a broader passion for making the most of available resources.
As job losses affected Landon’s family in his childhood, he witnessed the burden that financial stress places upon individuals and families. This was a driving force behind pursuing a career in personal finance, as he saw his skillset and passions could be used to positively impact the lives of others. Landon knew he found a home at Stonegate Financial upon meeting the team, as it was clear that client service comes first.
Landon finds his greatest joy in work by walking alongside clients to help them build confidence, achieve their goals, and attain the reassurance provided by a sound financial plan. He is driven by seeing clients capitalize on their hard work and realize “I can do this”.
Landon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. Before relocating to North Carolina, he spent the first few years of his career at a financial planning firm in Indianapolis where he was responsible for creating financial plans and assisting with the implementation of planning strategies.
Landon enjoys spending time with his wife, Karlee, and son, Jonas. They can often be found together at local parks or sporting events. In his free time, Landon also enjoys getting out on the golf course with friends - and looks forward to introducing Jonas to the game soon!
