As our Client Relationship Coordinator, Jillian brings a wealth of experience from diverse roles across various industries. From serving as the Welcome Center Director at the YMCA to holding key administrative leadership positions in private equity and commercial real estate, Jillian is passionate about ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
Growing up, Jillian watched her father and grandfather run their family cafeteria, Balentine’s. They greeted every customer with a handshake and a smile, instilling in her the importance of trust, appreciation, and genuine relationships with clients. She instantly felt at home upon meeting the Stonegate team as she experienced the same family-oriented, client-focused environment.
Jillian spends her time with her husband, Zach, and their daughters, Addie and Sutton. They enjoy weekends at the beach and hosting friends for grilling. Jillian proudly admits to being an avid fan of The Office, which she rewatches regularly.
