For Becky Wiles, the choice to become a part of the Stonegate Financial team was a decision of the heart. Having been beside Terry in each step of his career, she was eager to see his dream of opening an independent wealth management team become a reality. In 2005, she helped bring that vision to fruition, not only as a supportive spouse but also in her role as Office Manager.
Over a decade later, Becky’s position has grown to include critical areas such as communications, marketing, bookkeeping, compliance, and systems. A jack-of-all-trades, her attention to detail and organizational prowess keeps things running smoothly from day to day. She takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service, particularly when anticipating the needs and concerns of clients.
When it comes to what she enjoys the most, Becky says it’s from watching clients find confidence in their financial future. She gets great satisfaction from seeing folks transition into the retirement that they have dreamed of, and hearing the stories of places they’ve visited, family memories made, and dreams they’ve fulfilled.
Outside of work, Becky and Terry are busy keeping up with their grown children, Kevin and Kelly. The family loves outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing. Still, they are equally happy to gather around the table for jigsaw puzzles, cards, or a rousing round of Settlers of Catan. Although she’s eased up on competitive sports leagues in the past few years, Becky trains nearly every day and is currently working on mastering the game of golf.
